DH Locksmiths

DH Locksmiths (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides professional locksmith services in Evesham and surrounding areas. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Services

We provide professional locksmith services including, but not limited to:

  • Emergency call outs

  • Lockouts

  • New locks and replacement locks

  • UPVC / Composite locks, gearboxes and mechanisms

  • Broken key extraction

  • Key safes

  • Window and door guards

  • Auto services coming soon

We aim to provide high-quality services at all times.

2. Booking and Call-Outs

  • Services must be booked via phone, text, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form.

  • A higher call-out fee applies for emergency services outside standard hours.

  • Estimated arrival times are provided, but delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash, card on-site using SumUp, or bank transfer.

  • Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Starling Bank and SumUp securely process payments; no card details are stored by DH Locksmiths.

Late or Non-Payment:

  • If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice or service completion, DH Locksmiths reserves the right to recover the debt.

  • This may include sending reminders, charging interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, or using a small claims court process.

  • The customer will be responsible for reasonable costs incurred in recovering payment.

4. Pricing

  • Prices are provided upfront where possible.

  • Additional work not initially agreed upon will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing; all new quotes will reflect current rates.

5. Liability

  • DH Locksmiths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of property, income, or data.

  • Liability for direct loss is limited to the value of the service provided.

  • We take reasonable care during service visits but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or defects in third-party products.

  • We are not liable for delays, failure, or damage caused by events outside our control, including extreme weather, traffic, supply issues, or emergencies.

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe access and accurate information regarding locks and property. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect information or obstruction.

  • While we take care when using tools and equipment, we are not responsible for minor accidental marks or cosmetic damage.

6. Service Limitations

  • We aim to complete all work efficiently but cannot guarantee exact times for completion.

  • We do not carry out work outside the scope of standard locksmith services unless agreed in advance.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property and any relevant keys or information.

7. Emergency Calls

  • Emergency call-outs incur higher fees.

  • We will always prioritise genuine emergencies but may require confirmation of urgency.

8. Third-Party Products

  • Locks, cylinders, keys, and other parts may be sourced from third-party suppliers.

  • We ensure products are of good quality and suitable for the intended purpose, but DH Locksmiths does not manufacture these products and cannot guarantee their performance beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.

  • Any warranties on third-party products are those provided by the manufacturer; DH Locksmiths does not offer additional warranties.

  • While we install and fit products with reasonable care, we are not liable for failure or defects inherent to the product itself.

  • Customers are responsible for following any manufacturer instructions regarding use or maintenance, as misuse may affect performance.

9. Privacy and Data

  • Personal data collected during service provision is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Contact details, addresses, and service records may be stored securely for invoicing, accounting (QuickBooks), and service purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All original content on this website, including text written by DH Locksmiths or generated via AI tools, logos, and branding, is owned by DH Locksmiths.

  • Images provided through Wix free services are used under license and remain the copyright of their respective creators or Wix.

  • Visitors may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from DH Locksmiths or, in the case of licensed images, the relevant rights holder.
