Do you charge a call-out fee?
No call-out fee is charged. You only pay for the work carried out and any parts used. However, for extended travel over a 20mile radius, there may be an additional travel fee.

Yes, wherever possible I use non-destructive entry techniques to gain access without damaging your locks or doors.
If a lock must be drilled, I’ll advise you first.
